Monday June 8th, 2026, is our lock off day for non - payment. If you received a letter from us in regards to your account being locked off, please remit your payment to our office by 8am 6/08/26. Per the letter that you received, please note that PARTIAL PAYMENTS WILL NOT STOP the lock off. The amount you need to pay is in your letter. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

On May 16, 2026, the Texas Commission on Enviromental Quality required the PB&SC Water Supply public water system, 2040024, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.
The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of June 2, 2026.
